  <title>Lunch</title>

  <description>I ate small portions of fried okra, butter beans, squash and onions and I ate dome Central Market Diet Mix which has mostly rasins and sunflower seeds&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I fell aslrrp. I always thought I fell asleep after lunch cause I ate too much.I am certain that is not the case this time. I only slept for about 1/2 as long as usual, but I am surprised I slept at all.</description>

  <description>I was feeling sick to my stomach. I had a South Beach berry bar, a bowl of chicken noodle soup and 2 2/3 pieces of whole wheat toast. I had dinner at Subway, a 6 in ham and turkey sammich on wheat w/ swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, lite mayo and slat pepper and oregano. I had a couple of Ross&apos;s baked sour cream and onion chips (only about 5 or so) and I had a chocolate chip cookie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I took my multivitamin. I had a berry SB bar for breakfast w/ a small glass of apple juice. I ate 2 small pieces of an orange at work. Now I am going to make lunch</description>

  <title>I only update when I do good</title>

  <description>I ned to update every day, even on my bad days. I guess I only think about what I&apos;m doing during my good days. When I make a conscious decision to eat well and exersize, I do well.&lt;br /&gt;Today I had a mini bagel w/ fat free cream cheese. I had a vitamin. I went to salsa areobics for an hour. Then I ate 2 pieces of grilled chicken and edamame veggie blend. I had an apple bar for dessert. Later I ate 1/2 cup of nuts for a snack. I drank 1 bottle of lime water.&lt;br /&gt;I need to exersize every day. During aerobics I felt bad. It was hard and I couldn&apos;t keep up. But afterward I felt great. I have lots of energy for the rest of the day. And I am proud of myself</description>

  <description>I started off well. I had a banana for breakfast but forgot to take my vitamin. I went to Kerby Lane and had a turkey panini and ceasar salad. I had a Key Lime tartlet from whole Foods. For a snack I had about a 1/4 cup of nuts. For dinner I made grilled fish and Prince Edward mix which is beans and carrots. But then Ross and I went out. He was still hungry and so was I.So we has Wendys. I had chicken nuggets and 1/2 a biggie fries. Then I had a 3 Musketeers bar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Never made it to the gym yesterday. The YMCA was closed in the morning cause it was Sunday. I tried my gym card but it didn&apos;t work. I will talk to the office people today. Again closed cause it was Sunday. Ross and I did take the dog for a nice long walk riverside. Walked, slowly, for about 1/2 an hour.</description>

  <title>Oprah Bootcamp Day 1</title>

  <description>I didn&apos;t do well at breakfast. I had a glass of OJ and my multivitamin. Then we went to Wataburger. I had sausage and eggs. 3 hashbrown sticks w/ ketchup and 1/2 a biscut w/ grape jelly. The jelly had evil high fructose corn syrup in it.&lt;br /&gt;After breakfast I went to Salsa Areobics. I really enjoyed my workout. I feel great.</description>

  <description>1 biscit w/ a spoonful of grape jelly&lt;br /&gt;1/2 a fruit cocktail&lt;br /&gt;apple juice&lt;br /&gt;tuna sanwhich w/ lettuce on multigrain bread&lt;br /&gt;Hawaiian chips&lt;br /&gt;3 pieces of celery&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup nuts&lt;br /&gt;1 and 1/2 fajitas (lettuce, tomato, chese, chicken thighs, FF sour cream, onions, bell peppers in a FF tortilla)&lt;br /&gt;a few light Tostitos&lt;br /&gt;refries beans (about two spoonfuls)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 a cocktail glass of sherbert&lt;br /&gt;lime water</description>

  <description>2 South Beach bars&lt;br /&gt;1 strawberry Slim Fast&lt;br /&gt;1 bag baked cheetos&lt;br /&gt;left over veggie ravioli (mostly veggies)&lt;br /&gt;part of backed chicken breast&lt;br /&gt;handful; of nuts&lt;br /&gt;1/3 packet of Alfredo noodles&lt;br /&gt;brocolli&lt;br /&gt;3 cookies (white chocolate macadamia nut)&lt;br /&gt;part of a sugarfree apple cookie&lt;br /&gt;hard candy&lt;br /&gt;lime water&lt;br /&gt;1% milk&lt;br /&gt;Diet orange juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;feeling fat and gassy but in good mood because friends came over. Still want to be more flexible. Tried to dance but found it difficult</description>
