I ate small portions of fried okra, butter beans, squash and onions and I ate dome Central Market Diet Mix which has mostly rasins and sunflower seeds
I fell aslrrp. I always thought I fell asleep after lunch cause I ate too much.I am certain that is not the case this time. I only slept for about 1/2 as long as usual, but I am surprised I slept at all. |

I was feeling sick to my stomach. I had a South Beach berry bar, a bowl of chicken noodle soup and 2 2/3 pieces of whole wheat toast. I had dinner at Subway, a 6 in ham and turkey sammich on wheat w/ swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, lite mayo and slat pepper and oregano. I had a couple of Ross's baked sour cream and onion chips (only about 5 or so) and I had a chocolate chip cookie
Today I took my multivitamin. I had a berry SB bar for breakfast w/ a small glass of apple juice. I ate 2 small pieces of an orange at work. Now I am going to make lunch |

| I only update when I do good |

I ned to update every day, even on my bad days. I guess I only think about what I'm doing during my good days. When I make a conscious decision to eat well and exersize, I do well. Today I had a mini bagel w/ fat free cream cheese. I had a vitamin. I went to salsa areobics for an hour. Then I ate 2 pieces of grilled chicken and edamame veggie blend. I had an apple bar for dessert. Later I ate 1/2 cup of nuts for a snack. I drank 1 bottle of lime water. I need to exersize every day. During aerobics I felt bad. It was hard and I couldn't keep up. But afterward I felt great. I have lots of energy for the rest of the day. And I am proud of myself |

I started off well. I had a banana for breakfast but forgot to take my vitamin. I went to Kerby Lane and had a turkey panini and ceasar salad. I had a Key Lime tartlet from whole Foods. For a snack I had about a 1/4 cup of nuts. For dinner I made grilled fish and Prince Edward mix which is beans and carrots. But then Ross and I went out. He was still hungry and so was I.So we has Wendys. I had chicken nuggets and 1/2 a biggie fries. Then I had a 3 Musketeers bar.
Never made it to the gym yesterday. The YMCA was closed in the morning cause it was Sunday. I tried my gym card but it didn't work. I will talk to the office people today. Again closed cause it was Sunday. Ross and I did take the dog for a nice long walk riverside. Walked, slowly, for about 1/2 an hour. |

I didn't do well at breakfast. I had a glass of OJ and my multivitamin. Then we went to Wataburger. I had sausage and eggs. 3 hashbrown sticks w/ ketchup and 1/2 a biscut w/ grape jelly. The jelly had evil high fructose corn syrup in it. After breakfast I went to Salsa Areobics. I really enjoyed my workout. I feel great. |

1 biscit w/ a spoonful of grape jelly 1/2 a fruit cocktail apple juice tuna sanwhich w/ lettuce on multigrain bread Hawaiian chips 3 pieces of celery 1/4 cup nuts 1 and 1/2 fajitas (lettuce, tomato, chese, chicken thighs, FF sour cream, onions, bell peppers in a FF tortilla) a few light Tostitos refries beans (about two spoonfuls) 1/2 a cocktail glass of sherbert lime water |

2 South Beach bars 1 strawberry Slim Fast 1 bag baked cheetos left over veggie ravioli (mostly veggies) part of backed chicken breast handful; of nuts 1/3 packet of Alfredo noodles brocolli 3 cookies (white chocolate macadamia nut) part of a sugarfree apple cookie hard candy lime water 1% milk Diet orange juice
feeling fat and gassy but in good mood because friends came over. Still want to be more flexible. Tried to dance but found it difficult |
